Education Privacy Compliance

FERPA

Dewpath, Inc. is committed to supporting school districts' compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). Our website does not collect, store, or process student education records. As Dewpath's service offerings expand to include portal-based interactions, we will implement appropriate data handling practices to support our district partners' FERPA obligations.

COPPA

Our website is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Our primary audience is school district IT leaders, administrators, and procurement professionals. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete it.

California Student Data Privacy

Dewpath recognizes the importance of student data privacy under California law, including the Student Online Personal Information Protection Act (SOPIPA) and the California Student Privacy Alliance. While our current website does not process student data, Dewpath is building its services with student data privacy as a foundational principle for future portal and agent-based interactions.
