We operate the Site as an informational presence for school districts and partners. The Site does not offer user accounts or logins. You may reach us through the forms on the Site (such as our information request, contact form, and quote request) or by email.

Information We Collect on This Site

If you use our information request(for example, “Send Me Some Info” on the homepage), we ask you to provide information voluntarily so we can send you a follow-up packet and respond to your interest. That may include:

  • District or organization (required)
  • Role or title (optional)
  • Phone number (optional)

We also offer other forms on the Site that collect information you choose to provide:

  • Contact form: name, email address, school district, and your message
  • Quote request: district name, project description, product categories, number of sites, project timeline, and your contact preference
  • Call and discussion requests:name, email address, district or organization, and the details you share about what you'd like to discuss

We do not require account creation and do not collect payment information through the Site.

You may also reach us directly by email at admin@thedewpath.com. If you email us, we receive whatever information you choose to include in your message (such as your email address, name, and the content of your inquiry).

Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate traffic to the Site (such as page views). This service is designed to collect anonymous, non-identifying usage data. It does not use advertising cookies and is not used to identify individual visitors. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on the Site.

How We Use and Share Information

  • We use information you submit through our forms to send follow-up materials, respond to your inquiry or quote request, and communicate with you about Dewpath.
  • We use email correspondence to respond to you and for ordinary business communication.

Form submissions are delivered to our business email system; we do not store them in a separate customer database on the Site. We protect the Site with HTTPS (TLS) encryption and standard security practices for a public marketing website.
